Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We ship worldwide! Here’s what to expect:
U.S. Orders: 10–14 business days
International Orders: 14–31 business days
Shipping times may vary based on your location, customs, or holidays.
Q: Do you provide tracking for orders?
A: Absolutely. We’ll upload your tracking info as soon as it’s available—you can check it anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: At this time, we don’t offer express shipping, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for future updates.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Q: My product arrived damaged or defective—what should I do?
A: We're sorry! Please email us at [your support email] with a photo and your order number, and we’ll get a replacement sent out ASAP.
